Overview
At checkout, you can choose between paying in cash when your order arrives, or paying online through PayOS before your order is confirmed. Both methods are processed securely through the ROOPB platform.
ROOPB only accepts Cash and PayOS. Credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment methods are not currently supported on the platform.
Cash on Delivery

Pay the full order amount in cash directly to the delivery partner when your order arrives at your door.
How it works:
- Select Cash as your payment method at checkout.
- Your order is placed immediately without an online payment step.
- Prepare the exact total amount shown in your order confirmation.
- Inspect your order before handing over payment.
Notes: If you are not available to receive the order or do not have sufficient cash, the delivery may be returned to the store. Repeated failed COD deliveries may affect your account.
PayOS Online Payment

PayOS is ROOPB's online payment gateway. When you select PayOS, you'll be redirected to a secure payment page to complete your transaction before the order is confirmed.
How it works:
- Select PayOS as your payment method at checkout.
- You are redirected to the PayOS payment page to complete payment.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order is automatically placed.
- If you cancel or leave without paying, the pending checkout is cancelled and no order is created.
Notes: PayOS supports bank transfer and QR code payment through Vietnamese banking networks. Payment must be completed within the time limit shown on the PayOS page.
Unsupported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are not accepted on ROOPB at this time:
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other mobile wallets
- PayPal, Stripe, or international payment processors
- Direct bank transfer outside of PayOS
- Cryptocurrency
We may add additional payment methods in the future. Any changes will be announced in the app and updated here.
Payment Issues
If you experience a payment problem:
- PayOS payment failed: Your order was not placed. You can retry checkout with PayOS or switch to Cash on Delivery.
- Charged but no order: Contact support@roopb.com with your PayOS transaction reference within 24 hours.
- Overcharged on COD: Verify the amount against your order summary in the app. File a dispute if the amount does not match.
- Refund request: Refunds for PayOS payments are processed back through PayOS. See our Returns & Disputes policy.
Always keep your order confirmation and PayOS payment receipt until your order is delivered and verified.
