Delivery Policy

How ROOPB handles delivery — service areas, methods, fees, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Policy

Overview

ROOPB coordinates delivery between local stores and customers within supported cities. Delivery options, fees, and availability depend on your location, the store's city, and the delivery method selected at checkout.

ROOPB is a platform intermediary — the store is responsible for preparing your order, and our delivery partners handle transport to your address.

Section 01

Service Areas

Orders can only be placed when your delivery address falls within a supported service area. ROOPB uses city-based service zones to determine availability:

  • Stores are listed based on the city they operate in.
  • Your delivery address must be within the store's delivery zone to place an order.
  • Some delivery methods are only available for same-city orders (local delivery).
  • If you move outside a service area, stores from that area will no longer appear.

Service areas are expanding. If your city is not yet supported, check back soon or contact support@roopb.com to request coverage.

Section 02

Delivery Methods

Available delivery methods are shown at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Delivery — regular delivery within the store's operating city.
  • Express Delivery — faster delivery where available, subject to additional fees.
  • Local Delivery — only shown when your city matches the store's city. Ideal for same-day orders.
  • Free Shipping — offered by some stores or when your order meets a minimum threshold.

The exact options and fees for your order are displayed before you confirm checkout. Delivery methods are configured per store and city by the ROOPB operations team.

Section 03

Fees & Free Delivery

Delivery fees are calculated based on the method you select at checkout:

  • Each delivery method has a base fee shown clearly before payment.
  • Some methods offer free delivery when your order total exceeds a minimum threshold.
  • Promotional free delivery offers may apply during special campaigns.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless the delivery failed due to ROOPB or store error.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and updated in the app as your order progresses. Actual times may vary based on:

  • Store preparation time and current order volume.
  • Distance between the store and your delivery address.
  • Weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.
  • Whether the store is currently open and accepting orders.

Estimated times are not guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, check the order status in the app or contact support@roopb.com.

Section 05

Delivery Issues

If something goes wrong with your delivery, here's what to do:

  • Order not received: Check the tracking status in the app. If marked delivered but not received, contact support within 24 hours.
  • Damaged items: Take photos of the damage and file a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Disputes policy.
  • Wrong items: Do not accept incorrect items if paying Cash on Delivery. File a dispute immediately.
  • Unable to reach driver: Use in-app order support or email support@roopb.com with your order number.

Include your order number, store name, and a description of the issue when contacting support. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
