How to Shop on ROOPB

From discovering local stores to receiving your order — here's everything you need to get started.

Getting Started

Overview

ROOPB connects you with local retail stores in your city. You can browse products, customize your order, choose a delivery option, and pay — all from the ROOPB app.

You must be in a supported service area to place an order. ROOPB automatically detects your city and shows stores available in your area.

Step 01

Discover Stores

On the home screen, browse stores near you organized by category. You can:

  • Search for a specific store or product.
  • Filter by category (food, retail, services, and more).
  • View store details including operating hours, location, and delivery options.

Tap a store to see its full product catalog and current promotions.

Step 02

Browse & Add to Bag

When you find something you like:

  1. 1 Tap the product to view details, images, and available options (size, toppings, etc.).
  2. 2 Select any required customizations and set the quantity.
  3. 3 Tap Add to Bag. Your item is saved until you're ready to checkout.

You can add items from multiple stores, but each store is checked out separately.

Step 03

Checkout

When you're ready, open your bag and tap Checkout. You'll be asked to:

  • Confirm your delivery address — make sure it's accurate and within the store's service area.
  • Choose a delivery method — options and fees depend on your city and the store.
  • Apply a promo code (optional) — enter a valid code before payment.
  • Select a payment method — Cash on Delivery or PayOS online payment.

Review your order summary, then confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation with a tracking number.

Step 04

Track Your Order

After placing your order, you can track its status in real time from the Orders tab:

  • Confirmed — the store has accepted your order.
  • Preparing — your items are being prepared.
  • On the way — a delivery partner is en route.
  • Delivered — your order has arrived.

If there's a delay, you'll be notified in the app. You can also contact support if you need assistance.

Pro Tips

Tips for a Smooth Experience

  • Double-check your delivery address before confirming — incorrect addresses may cause delays.
  • Keep your phone nearby during delivery so the driver can reach you.
  • Review the store's return policy on the store page before purchasing.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
