- If your item hasn't been delivered yet, you can check on web/app or call the delivery person. A 2-digit code is required.
- Delivery people are free to cancel your request for any reason — for example, if your package is too heavy, too large, insecurely packaged, or contains prohibited items.
- If the person receiving the item isn't available, the delivery person may contact you via the web/app to resolve the issue or arrange a return. You’ll be responsible for return costs if needed.
